Who are we:
Our company name is Bryans Motorcycle Training and we operate under the following names:- BMW rider Training West Midlands and Bryans BMW Rider Training.
We are one of the 4 Independent Motorcycle training schools supported by and service providers for BMW Motorrad UK.
What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve customer serviceYour information helps us to more effectively respond to your booking requests and support needs.To process your bookingsYour information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering your training needs or service requested, e.g. DVSA test bookings.
Legal requirements We will share your data if we are required to do so by law, by court order, or prevent fraud or other crime or for insurance requirements due to an incident.
To send periodic emailsThe email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information regarding your training or bookings, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
The personal information we will collect from you will include:
full name and title
address, telephone number and email address
date of birth
disability, health conditions and learning difficulties, if you say you have any and need reasonable adjustments for your booking or test
driving licence number and entitlement details, disqualification dates (if you’ve been disqualified) via licence check code.
theory test certificate pass number, required for candidates going on to DVSA module 1 and 2 practical riding tests.
Training records, are held for 7 years from the end of your training with us to allow us to plan your training
Motorcycle test results for analytical data only, to record pass rates.
Card details for deposit payments, entered directly into our contracted card machine, and merchant receipts are held securely for 18 months. We do not record any card numbers on any Pc’s or other devices.

How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you book your training / tests or enter, submit your personal information.
How long do we keep your information? We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is needed for the reasons set out in this policy or for as long as is required by law.
In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for 7 years from the date of your last training day.

view your data – you can access your personal data free of charge and in digital format
